If she absolutely needed to, she could bind her chest to appear almost completely flat, thanks to a pair of modest breasts. Her clothes would only help to smudge the line of male to female, as she dresses quite humbly with little skin, and with a very monochrome or mono-colored tone. With little regard to what she actually wears for fashion, Makoto doesn't have a lot of variety of clothes or items that cater to feminine needs such as dresses or accessories, save for a pair of glasses that she sometimes changes out for contacts.. She has pale skin thanks to some lucky Asian genetics, and her black hair could be described as a long pixie cut, only reaching to the bottom of her ears with just a small portion of her bangs laying themselves on her face.
