Not thinking much of it, she tossed the note away, and stowed the mask somewhere in her closet, not thinking about it until the very next Halloween, where she found herself without a costume!
That is, until she remembered she had the mask, figuring it'd at least make a nice start, completely unaware it'd attach itself to her face instead, causing all sorts of changes to happen to her body.
For starters, she became a lot more... voluptuous. Gaining curves in all the right places, she barely fit in the t-shirt and jeans she was wearing at the time! Fortunately for her, those started changing shape the instant her body had stopped, slowly melting into an extremely short, extremely tight little black dress with matching lingerie underneath, and an equally lovely pair of stockings wrapped around her legs.
