Controllers are a type of humanoid mutant found in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series of video games for the PC. They are found in all three games; Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Skies and Call of Pripyat. If you haven't played the STALKER series before but are a fan of 'post-apocalyptic' RPGs, I suggest checking out Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat, both are enjoyable games when you get really into them!

Controllers are psychic-based mutants with the ability to control the minds of lesser beings such as various mutant animals and humans. They are highly intelligent creatures though their ability to speak vocally is unheard of but they do communicate through telepathy. One such incident is found in 'Call of Pripyat', where a controller warns the player character to leave the area before it is too late. If the player persists, they are ambushed by the mutant.

This character is based in the STALKER universe but can be placed in any setting which features mutants or psychic creatures if you are not familiar with STALKER lore or your character does not fit into the STALKER universe. Settings can range from Sci-Fi, laboratory experimentation and other scenarios where the possibilities of such a disgusting creature can exist!

Due to the mutation, their testicles have extended in size and now most controllers don tennis-ball sized balls or even larger which makes walking quite difficult, so they walk quite slow.
The amount of radiation that they have been bathed has caused a genetic mutation in their semen which allows the seed to change the DNA structure of female eggs when they inseminate them; forcing anyone with female reproductive organs to undergo a short term pregnancy of about a month. The resulting child could be considered an abomination, taking up the psychic traits of their father but most of their physical appearance of their mother.
