Her self-proclaimed mission, for the good of all Pokemon species, is to make sure that they can continue to exist without the faults of genetic defects or harmful abnormalities! If anything, she would much rather see a species go out from doing poorly in the competition of life rather than being cheated out by some random hereditary disease or illness! Unfortunately, the method of actually doing so will take a very long period of time and will be... Strenuous. She must extract the DNA of a Pokemon out, but not through hair or spit or... Eugh, bowel movements. No, she must attain the precious life-code of all Pokemon through a method that most, if not all, are accustomed to. Mating! This way she'll be able to extract the hereditary code that would be implanted into her and combine it with pure, unfiltered genetic material of the same species to create one that is entirely unique and almost perfectly matched with the first of its kind! She also takes the liberty of sorting out any harmful mutations to make sure it's as perfect as possible while still resembling the parent, as all generations should. And in the event of a female encounter, well... Let's say the Mew can take some pretty drastic transformations to make sure the duty is done. In fact, she can change a lot about herself to make sure that the partner is sufficiently satisfied! Because how boring can monotonous breeding be without some variation... Right?
