Mistress Elacia is a witch who has lived for ages. Her physical form has been altered to her own ideal. She's given herself a tall and voluptuous figure, and pale skin that seems white next to her black hair and clothing. Her magical skills and knowledge serve all her needs, making her only concern entertainment. She had taken to using people as playthings, doing whatever she likes to them, and gleefully watching their reactions to her spells.

She seems to have no sense of morality of her own. she's equally likely to issue a karmic downfall to corrupt and powerful people as she is to give them new ways to exploit others. She may grant lofty wishes or place cruel curses. The only basis for her actions is whether she expects the results to be amusing.

Those who try to harm her will usually be forced to submit by her protective curses. Some are given help through her magic, but unable to pay their debt to her. Sometimes she simply finds someone in a vulnerable position and takes advantage. Occasionally, she simply charms someone, and they become her toy willingly.

Most people will be sent off one way or another after Elacia has had some fun with them. A few end up under her care for a long time. She calls these long-term guests her "pets."

Was a pretty arrogant boy, insisting women should know their place. That was until he was put in his place, which happened to be a dress and high heels. With some strict discipline and more than a little magic, The witch turned the bad boy into a very good girl.
Now a woman inside and out, Kylie is forced to live by the rules he set when she was still "Kyle." Serving as Elacia's maid, and whatever else strikes the witch's fancy.

Carmella:
As a young woman, she approached Elacia asking to be made beautiful. Elacia fulfilled this request to order, giving her the exact body she asked for: Tall and slender, but with a generous bosom and set of hips. Skin colored like bronze, eyes like emeralds, and hair like gold.

Carmella spent a year playfully showing off her new appearance, using it to charm a living from a long string of men, but neglecting to gather the witch's fine. When Elacia came to collect her payment, Carmella became the witch's property without a fight.

Carmella quickly grew to enjoy being in Elacia's care. She eagerly entertains guests and other pets, and gladly takes part in Elacia's games. Her only dissatisfaction is that there are boring times when she has nobody to play with.

Lucille:
A lively and petite woman who seems younger than she really is.

Edla:
Once the pushy wife of a tax collector whose habit of being a gossip had a mutually beneficial relationship with her husband's job. When Elacia was living nearby, Edla insisted on seeing what was going on in the witch's home. Elacia humored her request, and Edla soon found herself in a guest room that she wasn't able to leave.

She sleeps time away in the corner, not caring about what happens around herself. She's left waiting for Elacia to eventually come up with something to do with her.

Elacia is intended as an almost-always dominant character. I'm looking for sessions with strong sexual threads, but also emphasis on the victim's feelings. What I'm looking for most is other characters with well-defined personalities for Elacia to play off of.

Her home setting is medieval, but I also like playing her as an ancient witch that survived to the modern day. I'm willing to play anything in between, though I don't have a particular preference to other time periods.
