Lhasa is one of the few of her kind to have descended from the mountains she calls home. Her father was chieftain of one of the most powerful clans of ogres, one that had made many enemies over the centuries. Her father, weary of war, sought to bring peace between his people and one of their age-old rivals: the Skulleaters. Lhasa was thus forced by honor into a marriage she did not desire, to the son of the Skulleater chieftain. She refused to bear his children, as he was neither pleasing in form or in manner, and he was cruel to her. Finally he decided that he was bored with his attempts and sold her to a coliseum in one of the large cities at the foot of her mountain range. There she was made to fight as a beast in the arena, treated as little more than an animal by her captors.

She knew how to fight already from her life before the arena, as do all of her kind, but she learned much about the art of pleasing men of species other than her own. She was no stranger to rough, even brutal sex. The mating habits of Mountain Ogres look like a cross between a brawl, a rape, and hardcore pornography. However, there is little chance that other races would survive such...passionate lovemaking. Lhasa learned how to temper her natural strength and animalistic behaviors into something the coliseum owners could make some extra money with on the side. She never was totally willing, but then, no one ever took how she felt into consideration.

Lhasa was recently persuaded to escape with a young man named Marin [icon]Marinkol[/icon] who treated her with a kindness that no human had ever shown her. As such, she is on the run from authorities, responsible for the gruesome deaths of several arena guardsmen, and the destruction of part of the arena itself. Rumor has it that the pair are hiding out high in the mountains not far from the city. A fraction of the blood where the guards met their end was found to not be human, giving reason to suspect that the ogress has been wounded.

After many months in hiding, the search was called off. Marin's business ventures have called him far away, and Lhasa has lost hope of his return. She now lives on a high snowy ridge overlooking the city she escaped from, fully healed and enjoying her freedom.
