Leona, a wandering Viera Samurai. Technically a Ronin, but in Job terms, it'd definitely be Samurai. Leona was born and raised outside the Wood, and thus never felt a connection to it like most of her race. Thus, like other City-born Viera, Leona would be looked down upon with pity and distrust by traditional members of her race.
Not like she'd care. She has nothing in common with them, so why would their opinion matter? Leona lives for the present. She cares little about the past, nor she puts much thought into the future. For someone as long-lived as her, this can be considered a foolish state of mind. All Leona cares about is traveling, and perfecting her skills with the sword. She grew up in Eastern lands and spent her time watching adults hone their skills, day in, and day out. She aspired to be like them. Always training. Always trying to push the limit. So one day, once she was old enough to, that's exactly what she did. She took up the sword and began her life's journey.
How long has it been since then? Who knows. Could have been a couple of years. Could have been decades. A century, even. Viera live for a long time. Traveling amongst the shorter-lived races and living day to day life with them when you're so long-lived can wreak a lot of psychological havok. Even Viera who live outside of the Wood tend to band together in communities, or at the very least spend time with other long-lived races. Leona, on the other hand, rarely spends more than a year in a given region. It's no surprise if the Viera comes off as a little unhinged or unstable at times.
