[small][b]Franceska "Frankie" Tomic[/b] is a [b]Retrievals Agent[/b] for [b]Si Feng Tiantang[/b], an intergalactic conglomerate dealing in everything from military hardware to children's cereal. As a [b]Retrievals Agent[/b], [b]Ms. Tomic's[/b] duties include - but are not limited to: headhunting, bail enforcement, corporate espionage, archaeology, crisis negotiation, and shipping cargo. Most of [b]Ms. Tomic's[/b] time is spent shipping cargo, but she doesn't seem to mind too much. Though born into the employment of [b]SFT[/b] - the 5th generation of her family, in fact - molded, raised, and (most importantly) invested into by [b]SFT[/b] to maximize performance and profits, and contractually obligated to not only work for [b]SFT[/b] until death (under pain of death), but also provide another generation of employees (also under pain of death), [b]Ms. Tomic[/b] prefers not to let her occupation define her. And please, call her [b]Frankie[/b].

The education program of the [b]SFT[/b] is an extensive one. [b]Psychological conditioning[/b] and control [b]implants[/b] are readily-available and liberally-applied in order to ensure model employee behavior. Designated from birth as a [b]Retrievals Agent[/b], however, [b]Frankie[/b] would require a more independent mindset. [b]SFT[/b] argues that [b]confidence[/b], [b]self-reliance[/b], [b]quick decision-making[/b], and other such traits are not so easily-taught or programmed as [b]subservience[/b] - it's quite easy, as a matter of fact, but marginally more expensive - and thus its education program for its more "free-thinking" employees is comparatively [b]ad hoc[/b] and results in many personality [b]quirks[/b]. [b]Frankie[/b] is no exception, having becoming a [b]slothful[/b] individual with a propensity for [b]sarcasm[/b] and a [b]mind that tends to wander[/b]. However, [b]SFT[/b] calculated a net profit of [b]3110 Bao[/b] over the course of [b]Frankie's[/b] lifetime as a result of this ruling.

[b]Frankie's[/b] upbringing has resulted in a number of small [b]quirks[/b] that, while not negatively impacting work performance and thus company profits (at least, not in any substantial manner), do mark her as something of an [b]oddball[/b]. An utmost [b]loyalty[/b] for the [b]SFT[/b] is standard, and ingrained into her psyche. Though expressed in many ways, [b]Frankie[/b] will never engage in any activities that prove [b]detrimental[/b] to the well-being of the company as a whole. However, she has, somehow, become an incredibly [b]listless[/b] person who considers [b]energy expenditure[/b] something of an [b]anathema[/b]. While a [b]cordial[/b] and [b]friendly[/b] person, she is also rather [b]aloof[/b] and [b]casual[/b], even being described as [b]brazen[/b] and [b]insubordinate[/b] by more conservative elements. Her daily schedule will seldom see less than [b]six naps[/b], with an inordinate amount of time best described as [b]mucking about[/b]. Though by no means a slovenly person, this predisposition for [b]sleeping[/b], [b]procrastination[/b], and general [b]time-wasting[/b] does result in her workplace often falling below acceptable hygiene guidelines. She also has a somewhat [b]nonexistent filter[/b], often saying [b]whatever comes to mind[/b] without any regard for the consequences. She will seldom shirk from her duties, however. She currently has a [b]91% success rate[/b] in regards to [b]field operations[/b]. She simply lives her life at a [b]slower pace[/b], and takes [b]full enjoyment[/b] from the long periods of downtime as a result of hauling her cargo through the cosmos.

[b]Frankie[/b] is a [b]taller woman[/b] of [b]modest endowment[/b]. Her [b]soft[/b] and [b]supple[/b] skin holds a naturally [b]ruddy complexion[/b], with [b]rosy cheeks[/b] and [b]full lips[/b]. Though lethargic by nature, the necessity of exercise in space has kept her figure [b]thin[/b] and [b]pleasant[/b] with [b]compact muscles[/b] - if a [b]bit underweight[/b] as a result of skipping meals. Her [b]not-quite-blonde-not-quite-brunette[/b] hair is kept at [b]neck-length[/b], and seems to be in a [b]perpetually-tussled[/b] state, a [b]never-ending bedhead[/b]. Her eyes are a [b]stark grey[/b] tone, with a sharp gaze behind her [b]bored expression[/b].

[b]SFT[/b] issues a variety of [b]uniforms[/b] to its employees, each tailored for their specific duties. [b]Retrievals Agents[/b] are issued two outfits: one for [b]general wear[/b] and another for [b]field operations[/b]. The former is expected to be worn nearly [b]at all times[/b], and several identical sets are issued as spares. The latter is reserved for situations and environments deemed "[b]high-risk[/b]". A helmet and flak vest are issued as part of the [b]field uniform[/b], as well as a [b]sidearm[/b] in the form of a Sturgg-22M blaster. The [b]sidearm[/b] is considered a part of the uniform, and is to be kept on person [b]at all times[/b].[/small]
