Nobody really knows where it came from or who made it. Is it the final creation of a spiteful god? An accursed item placed upon the world by a demon lord to corrupt it? A boon given by a goddess of love to test her faithful? Or a creation of a perverted wizard who used it to sate his sick desires? Nobody knows.

Those learned in the ways of magical artifacts have given it many names. The Choker of Sin. The Necklace of Temptation. The Torc of Molestation. The Bondage Broche. The Breeding Hoop. Its forms are as many as its names: some sources describe it as a piece of jewelry, or a piece of fine silk cloth, or a rough leather band with a ring through it. Whatever it might be called or looks like, the artifact can move from wearer to wearer, never staying in one place too long and is seemingly impossible to lock away or destroy.

[collapse=The collar's abilities]When not worn by a fitting host the collar seems to be inert: it appears as a regular collar. Those scanning it with magic will find that it seemingly confers protection from magic that counters magical items. If an unfitting host puts it on seemingly nothing happens. But when a fitting host puts it on its magic kicks in, and it is a potent one indeed. The collar seems to have a preference for attractive young women, but it sometimes goes for young men as well. It becomes impossible to remove by force or magic, both by the wearer and anyone else. Only with rare, potent magic can it be removed, or when a host more fitting than the current one tries to remove it it comes off. In a case it is removed it becomes seemingly inert, unless a fitting host is very close at which point the collar jumps for their throat and attached itself.

Once the collar is on it will grow a leash of varying size. Sometimes it is only a foot or two long, but it can grow to several times that length. Its material and build differ as well: it can be a chain, a leather strap, a rope and a number of other things that serve the same purpose. Most of the time it is inert, but sometimes the leash begins to move on its own. It constricts the wearer and ties them up. Sometimes this only restrains the torso to allowing a person to be able to move (albeith with some restraint on the chest and perhaps teasing of the genitals as well), while in other times this is a full-body restraining. This is often done in a rather compromising situation that leave the wearer's genetalia exposed and accessible for sex. The collar seems to not do this entirely at random: only when a fitting mate is present. Restraining can happen both over and under the clothes. When alone the collar will sometimes bind the wearer in such a way it becomes able to pleasure the wearer by moving on its own. Undoing such a binding is very difficult for the wearer, but a willing third party might be able to move the bindings. The collar can sense if a party is interested in the wearer and can move to accomondate the desires of the third party, binding them in specific ways.

The collar is believed to have minor psychic abilities. It will send feelings, sensations and desires to the person wearing it. While this is not full-on mind control it will render the wearer susceptible to sexual actions that it would not have performed otherwise, like the frequency of sexual activity, the partners the wearer has sex with, how much enjoyment they get from sex and them being completely submissive during sex. Those wearing the collar seem to be able to handle larger insertions as well and appear to have increased sexual stamina, but this has not been proven.

Eventually the collar might get enough of a wearer. At that point they will abandon them in search of a new wearer, leaving the old one dulled, used and frequently with a number of new sexual fetishes regarding bondage.[/collapse]

[b]Fantasy Normal:[/b] It might be world of fantasy, but you're not going out adventuring. Perhaps the collar prevents you from going out there, or you're working for a way to get it off? Or maybe you revel in it and use the collar's powers on you to become a rather wealthy prostitute? Who knows?
