[indent][b]Bruce Henderson[/b] was once a volleyball star in his local highschool team, ranking games and victories for his school, rolling high on life with every victory all the way through college. But in one fateful day it all went down in a car accident that broke his chances for good, ruining one of his legs. While he managed to recover with long painful months of physiotherapy, the damage was already done: unable to practice his beloved sport, he kept trudging through college and found himself working as a teacher, without any sort of masters degree, as it was mostly out of a favor from one of his friends. Years have passed and Bruce lost his way, gaining weight and losing what was left of his skills.[/indent]

Henderson can be played in two ways: he's a nice coach with a tragic event that ruined his chance of becoming a pro, trying to help other kids to reach their potential, something you'd see in those Feel Good Sport Movies with talking dogs that play golf or something like that. Or he can be a nasty resentful coach, who hates the direction his life took and lashes his frustration at anyone in his path, using his authority as a teacher to get away with things happening in the school.

Speaking of schools, he can be a college teacher as well. It's not that hard to adapt the idea that he worked through a masters degree in P.E. or another subject that is equally plot convenient.
