This character's mostly meant to be used in either futuristic/scifi or high-tech fantasy settings. Cecily is a lean and toned warrior in most of the scenarios she'll be in. Very androgynous- flat chest- practically lacking breasts, and slightly narrower than average hips for a girl. People often mistake her for a male, and she vastly prefers it this way. She views her own body as inferior and the one thing holding her back from being the best she can be. Extremely proud of what she can achieve, otherwise.

Cecily is a quadruple amputee; it varies on the setting as to how she ended up that way. All four limbs are gone just around her biceps and upper thighs, whether from a severe accident or a deliberate choice on her part. Due to her lack of limbs, she has mechanical/cybernetic/magitech (Pick your poison) prostheses. She sees this as a gift more than a hindrance, fully believing that she wouldn't be capable of half of what she can do if she was wholly organic, again going back to her pathological hatred of her own female body.

As far as what to play her as? She fits very well as both a tomboy and a trans boy. He, in the latter's case. And his name would be Cecil.
