If she wants something, it's hers because her parents are complete pushovers and can't stand to see their darling angel unhappy. Unfortunately for her peers, her mind has begun developing in cruel and sadistic ways, regarding people as either entertainment, tools, or useless. She's not at all averse to humiliating a "friend" or forcing them to do what she wants if it suits her arbitrary fancy. She's arrogant, demanding and indignant, but some kids still hang around to play in her room, filled with the best toys a child could whine for.
