This is just one of those many weird little squid kids from the great and sprawling inkopolis, and just like the other kids his age he's deeply involved in that crazy new fad called turf wars! His color of choice is a bit obvious, and his slightly unnatural devotion to it can be just a tad bit creepy, but he's a good guy, honest! Just don't be alone with him if he has some blue ink to spare....
