Bell is something of a stray mutt who was picked up from a crash site at a young age. While half-breeds are more common in the rural settings of the empire, Bell was raised inside the capital city itself by the crew of an armored airship. She grew up with a boyish nature thanks to the somewhat rough setting she would call home, feminine charms were seemingly lost on her at a young age and she instead took interest the varied and advanced machinery that littered the industry of the capital. Instead of attending school, she learned what she could by playing apprentice on her own ship or others whenever possible. With time bother he knowledge and her body developed, while her personality was a bit rough around the edges it would be hard for almost anyone to identify her as boyish upon first glance anymore. While she is a hard worker who takes a subtle pride in her mechanical tinkering, she also has a habit of getting lost in her own pace. She can easily get off track if she loses interest or gets wrapped up in something new. While this isn't quite enough to label her an air-head, it is a source of teasing that she has had to deal with in the past. As of right now, Bell is looking to move up from mechanic to captain in the interest of owning her own ship. Unfortunately her funds are far from making that dream a reality just yet, so she's very keen on listening in on rumors of treasure or lucrative bounties instead.
