The spirit of the [i]Yamato[/i]-class Battleship Musashi, she's returned to take her place in the defense of the world against the Abyssal menace! With her world-beating armament of 46cm triple mounts, Musashi is capable of holding off scores of lesser warships in the heat of battle. Her armor is no shame either, with shells, torpedoes, and more bouncing off her one after the other. Built to be the flagship of the Combined Fleet, she leads others effectively.

Outside of battle, Musashi does her best to help the other shipgirls. She helps train them, and is often seen on the range helping the younger girls hit their targets. Unlike her sister Yamato, though, Musashi is not quite the Nadeshiko type. With a warrior's heart in a woman's body, she fights hard, trains hard, lives, laughs, and drinks hard. But for all her bluster and eagerness, she's still something of a maiden, without experience in love, blushing when the other girls discuss doujins they've read or websites and videos they've come across. Sometimes she daydreams about being swept off her feet, but whether by a man or woman, it changes every day.
