[color=white][small]Ament is a guardian, of a sort. She was raised and trained with the sole purpose of watching over the slumbering god Apep, making sure that no disturbances from the outside would ever cause the serpent of chaos to awaken. This is a charge that she has taken to with the dedication that such a job requires, keeping the tomb secure even when the egypt she knew has been gone for milennia. Ament's personality is best described as stern and serious, although thousands of lifetimes without anybody to interact with does cause some problems: She finds her sexual urges difficult to restain after being sexually repressed for so long, to the point where her lust could easily be the most dangerous part of the tomb! Discounting the sleeping god, of course.[/small][/color]

[center][color=yellow][b]{[/b][/color][color=white][b] History [/b][/color][color=yellow][b]}[/b][/color][/center]
[color=white][small]Ament was chosen for her role as a guardian from the moment she was born, taken from her family and raised by an order who's very name has disappeared to the sands of history. Her life was dedicated to the order, completing exercise after exercise with an eagerness which clearly displayed her suitability for the job, forgoing even smallest social life in the name of her order. When she was finally ready, the priests of the order bound Ament with some of the essence of the fallen Apep; this rendered her aware of the sleeping god at all times, whilst also giving her the lower body of a snake.

Since then, Ament has not left the temple once, immortality rendering her able to live for so long without so much as a drop to drink. Whilst she did sometimes talk to the members of the order as they checked upon the table, the disappearance of the civilisation she once knew has meant that she has not had visitors in many centuires. This has rendered her somewhat lonely, but she still dedicates her life to keeping Apep asleep, knowing that only endless suffering shall come if he ever wakes.[/small][/color]
