Unknowingly, after a while, a proto-Slendy was born, and it was more or less a featurless blob that went about assimilating DNA from many different races throughout the citadel through both contact with specimens as well as infusing itself with eezo to give it very powerful biotic abilities. Once it had gained enough knowledge about the world it now was in and enough DNA to be used, it went into a isolated hibernation. A few years later around the time after the first attack by Saren and the Geth on the Citadel, Slendy emerged, a fusion of many different races at first. However, her biology was mainly affected by the first human that she had come across, and mixed with the white substance that created her, it gave her a unique look. She got the name 'Slender' from being called such after being catcalled unknowingly by a bystander calling her 'a slender woman'. And thusly, after 3 years, she's managed to get herself a ship and lives on it, isolated from others. Due to her extra-dimensional abilities she may also teleport and manipulate matter with her mind.
