[color=green]Due to people assuming that I am not wanting to RP when I miss their notes or kik messages, I must sadly set hours on when to note me. In general, if its a time you would be asleep during the day where you are, don't note please. I like taking comers 24 hours a day, but my sleep cycle has suffered horribly to the point I am sleeping in the daytime. Please OBSERVE THE TIME ZONES when messaging me. If I don't respond, chances are I AM ASLEEP, or HAVE NARCOLEPSED if it is daytime. In general if its a time you are asleep during the day, CHANCES ARE I AM TOO.

I am also working a chaotic schedule at times, and it will hurt sometimes. I never mean to ignore anyone, and I don't want to be seen as someone who ignores everyone. I will often beg forgiveness because I take any slight against someone to be my fault completely.[/color][/collapse]

[collapse=MUST READ: RP RULES AND PET PEEVES]
[color=blue][b]Because so many new RP partners I've taken on have made assumptions of me when I am struggling to keep up, I have finally had to give up and list the pet peeves about RPing with me.

1. To admins, I am sorry, but this has to go here because I feel it necessary: I don't like blocking people AT ALL. I don't do it as a matter of both principle and to ensure I don't have a blocklist a mile long. I have had people who get angry if I accidentally ignore an RP suddenly come out and call me stuff like "rude", "ass", "liar", etc. Some who even suggest friends get annoyed if I miss the messages. I am going to be as blunt as I can. I do not tolerate being insulted, in any way. If you insist on insulting me, especially over something petty like F-chat being F-chat (i.e. buggy, missed posts), it will earn you a block. NO SECOND CHANCES.

2. After too many bad days and blocks received, I feel I must add a new rule. If you are someone new interested in me, you MUST earn my trust in order to play with me. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. I have been hurt too many times now. I am at my personal breaking point, and this is now a rule. If you have any intent of snapping at me due to my personality quirks, you will get THREE WARNINGS. Then all contact will be lost.

3a. People tend to make assumptions if I am quiet. They range from "Am I bothering you?" to "Your busy" to "You don't like the RP." I am VERY easily distractable. My mind has the attention span of a gnat, and frequently anything from TV to my 3DS to other people can distract me faster than a snap of the fingers. Assuming things is a major pet peeve of mine personally, and its starting to make me consider retirement.

3b. In addition to assuming, people almost always seem to jump to conclusions about what they THINK I am thinking about the RP. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, pisses me off faster than jumping to conclusions. Don't do it. It hurts our partnership in the long run if you jump to conclusions every time there is an RP delay. This is another major factor contributing to my considering retirement.

3c. "Am I bothering you?": NO YOU ARE NOT BOTHERING ME. I am getting this a lot from new people, so I have to put it in big bold letters. If I'm quiet just assume I got distracted.

3d. "You're busy" : automatically assuming I am busy when I take a ton of time to respond. This is a huge problem, and its made me tear my hair out on more than one occasion.

3e. Assuming I'm mad when quiet : THis is another big one. I am NOT mad, or hating RP, or anything of the sort. If I am quiet, I am most likely distracted. IF I'm on mobile phone when we're RPing, its most likely an issue with charger or someone in the room. Just assume RL happened and for the love of Hylia, PLEASE JUST WAIT. T.T

3f. Assuming I don't want to RP after seeing I'm signed on and don't notice notes: This is becoming a major problem. I have had four potential RPs in the past end because of this, and it is starting to exasperate me to the point of making it a rule. I stay in F-chat virtually 24/7. Its a habit I'm known for. When I get up in the morning, I frequently check my F-list to see character updates and notes. IF I just signed on, and you notice that I haven't seen your note yet, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF DIN do not note me saying I don't want to RP. It winds up putting words in my mouth, creating false assumptions on BOTH sides, and ending the potential RP relationship in an argument.

3g. Calling me a liar: This is not tolerated in any form. I am horribly averse to lying, and I make every effort to respond to notes, chats, etc. If you come out and accuse me of lying when I plainly try to tell the truth, I break down and outright consider retiring from RP for good. DO. NOT. DO IT.

3h. Due to circumstances I do not want to get into about my offline life, this is now a rule. IF I say BRB and do not come back to the RP, it is NEVER EVER EVER your fault. Please assume something beyond my control has happened and I am prevented from coming back to the RP due to outside forces....usually under some form of duress. If that happens please do not assume you are a bad player or bad RPer, especially on IMs. I will ALWAYS get back to you at the earliest opportunity I have available and try to resume. So please never ever think of me as someone who does not find you good enough.

4. This goes hand in hand with assuming. I typically rush to respond when I FINALLY get notice of your messages. If this happens please don't snap and say things I could interpret as mean. I get overly emotional, blame myself, and frequently call it quits on anything that day.

5. Apparently others think that if I say I'm asleep I am INTENTIONALLY ignoring them. This is a major problem, because like all people, I NEED to get my sleep at night. In my case, even more so than normal as I have developed a diagnosed case of obstrucive sleep apnea. If you wake me up at 8 in the morning sharp when I have little sleep, or have spent most of the night dealing with my uncomfortable CPAP, it only exacerbates the problem. This is a PLEA. Please stop thinking I ignore you if I am asleep later than normal.

6. This is a general note rather than a rule: I NEVER fake interest in a roleplay. If I miss your note, and it takes hours to respond, don't assume I'm faking it when I say I am interested. I'm not as young as I used to be, and admittedly I can be forgetful and flaky at times. But I never, EVER fake interest. Its not in my character.[/b][/color][/collapse]

I am for all intents and purposes a very big scatterbrain, and I might get called away with little to no warning sometimes, which leads me to miss messages or notes. To my friends on F-list,

I am posting this note just in case I might accidentally offend some people with my unusual behavior in RP. The following statements are about my player IRL and are all true.

First and [b][i][u]MOST IMPORTANTLY[/u][/i][/b], I have high functioning autism IRL, which means I have a very hard time reading social cues. I try to practice good RP etiquette, but I constantly worry that I may accidentally control another RPer's characters, even unintentionally. I also worry about offending others through my actions. If you are unfamiliar with Asperger Syndrome, google or Wiki it.

Second, yes I am male...but I am one of the most emotional males you will ever meet, for multiple reasons. I haven't had the best life, nor the easiest, and I have been prone to outbursts of emotion in the past. I would appreciate it if you give me the benefit of the doubt.

Shiro Kusanagi was born in the village of Hinamizawa, on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. She entered this world as a [i]kitsune hanyou[/i] (half-demon): Part [i]kitsune[/i], part human. Her father was a [i]kyuubi no kitsune[/i] (nine-tailed fox), but her mother was human. Thus, she looks a bit more human than furry, but still has a pair of distinctive fox ears on her head, and nine tails sprouting from her tailbone.

Her mother had lived in the village since her birth, but was entranced by and mated with her father. Shiro's father was a full-blooded white kitsune, and a direct blood descendant of the Shinto fox god, Inari-[i]ookamisama[/i] himself. This also made Shiro a divine descendant like her father. Sadly, due to a curse placed on the village 100 years prior by a dark priest, the villagers were very paranoid of kitsune, labeling even Inari's messengers as [i]youkai[/i] (which means "demon" in Japanese).

Shiro and her mother would venture into the forest to visit her father in secret, and it is through their tutelage in the forest that Shiro gained her knowledge of [i]kitsune[/i] magic and the art of [i]henge[/i] (transformation). However, the happy times were not to last. When Shiro turned 3, a village child spotted Shiro and her father in the forest, and told his parents. This quickly led to the secret of Shiro's heritage getting out, and the villagers formed a mob to kill the "demon" as a result. Word of the [i]kitsune[/i]'s presence even reached the local [i]daimyo[/i] (Japanese translation: "feudal lord"), who sent a small contingent of his [i]samurai[/i] to kill the demon. Shiro's father fought to protect his mate and child, and held his own against the villagers, but once the [i]samurai[/i] arrived, he was quickly killed. Shiro's mother fled with her upon witnessing her love's demise, and the villagers gave chase. When they caught her, Shiro was held down as she was raped and murdered before her eyes. Shiro bit her captors' hands and ran away, never to return to Hinamizawa again.

She has since spent the majority of her life running from village to village. She managed to blend in at first, but eventually, she was found out...either by a villager, or by a passing priest. She then fled to the forests, where shi would spend her time hiding and running from hungry demons. She has since left the forests of Japan to hide out on the coast by the Sea of Japan, hoping that a ship will take her to other lands where she is appreciated...or perhaps, that someone might find and love her for who she is.[/collapse]
