Ever since she was young, Nadja's cheerfully been using her mesmeric power to mess with people. It's not that she means anything bad by it - usually - but she just can't help herself when she sees a cute pair that would make an even cuter couple, or some boy or girl she'd like to spend the night with, or someone she thinks would be happier with a drastic makeover or some other change in their life. After all, it just takes some close whispering, or someone looking into her eyes, or even the touch of her dextrous fingers to start slipping them into a hypnotic state.

[collapse=Description]This woman isn't very tall at five-foot-four, though her usually quite exuberant energy makes up for any lack of height. She looks to be of European stock, with fair skin, rounded and youthful features, and a pert, delicate nose. Her hair is a huge mass of blonde waves, flowing all the way down to her rear, with a few wild waves and curls springing off here and there from the otherwise mostly-well-kept hair. She's probably twentysomething, though in the right clothes those cute features might let her pass for younger... at least, as long as you ignore her generous, perky chest and broad hips.

She's dressed today in an unusual but eye-catching outfit: a white button-up blouse with long sleeves and a bolo tie done in a tight bow tie style, with a high-waisted and long-skirted black jumper dress worn over it, and kitten-heeled shoes and white gloves. A snugly-fitted double-breasted jacket goes with it all, though she only wears that in winter. It all adds up to an affect that's half 'schoolgirl' and half 'businesswoman', maybe with an extra half of 'cosplay waitress' or 'retro secretary' in there too.

There's one other odd touch to her appearance: sometimes you might see her eyes go all swirly, like some mad doctor's hypno-disk. Of course, that means she's probably trying to mesmerize you, so you might not remember it very long...[/collapse]
