[color=pink][b][big]Hope Estheim[/big][/b][/color] is a playable character in [i]Final Fantasy XIII[/i], who also appears in a major supporting role in [i]Final Fantasy XIII-2[/i] and [i]Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII[/i]. He is the son of Nora and Bartholomew Estheim.

In [i]Final Fantasy XIII[/i], Hope and his mother are caught up in the Purge as victims of circumstance, during which Nora is killed in battle. Then Hope is made a Pulse l'Cie and he chooses to journey with Lightning to become stronger and avenge his mother's death.

Sexually, he's well endowed, but bashful. He isn't familiar with the sensations of physicality. He knows some of his own responses from masturbation but his self-experimentation is still in its infancy.
Having never seen a naked woman in the flesh for himself, he's extremely shy at first. But before long his evolutionary biology kicks in and he starts wanting to indulge himself, even if he isn't quite sure what that means.
He knows the basics, having had the talk some years ago with his parents but obviously that didn't come with practical application.
Since his mother's death he's found the wires of his mind becoming slightly crossed with latent oedipal issues becoming coupled with pseudo-incestuous maternal longing.
The physical release would greatly ease his mental relaxation for the trials he's currently facing. The psychology of what he's experiencing might be considered as somewhat unconventional but without a frame of reference he doesn't know this and pursues it as any young teenager would.

[b]IC Origin story[/b]

My name is Hope Estheim. I'm 14 years old and my story is an unconventional one - at least by the standards of the everyday individual.
A short while ago I was visiting the town of Bodhum with my mother for the annual Fireworks Festival. We'd traveled all the way from Palumpolum to see it. My father couldn't join us. I wish I could say that upset me but he's a very stern man and we've never gotten on especially well together. I was always closer to my mother as a result.
The next day, PSICOM soldiers discovered a Vestige from Pulse. The town was quarantined and we couldn't get home. Needless to say, I was scared. Everybody knows that Pulse is hell on earth. My mother did her best to reassure me but I could tell she was apprehensive as well. As the Sanctum prepared to Purge the populace from Cocoon, we were shipped off towards the Hanging Edge for Deportation. However, things didn't go according to plan as a group of resistance fighters calling themselves NORA decided to fight against their unjust treatment. I remember feeling very scared what with all the explosions and gunfire happening all around us. In the ensuing firefight my mother volunteered to keep me and everybody else safe. She told me not to worry but I couldn't help it. There was a part of me that knew something bad was going to happen. Then.....she was killed. An exploding rocket propelled off the edge of a walkway. She was being held up by a man in a khaki trench-coat. Then he just let her fall. I'll never forget seeing her fall from that great height. Or how I felt when I saw it. That feeling will be with me until I die.
I followed the man I thought was responsible into the Vestige where I met a group of other people. I was constantly being assaulted by waves of emotions. It wasn't easy but thanks to the help I had from a friend I just met, I was able to push ahead. When I found the man responsible I couldn't bring myself to confront him. I don't know why. Maybe I was angry, maybe I was afraid. Not long after I met some other people by the names of Lightning, Sazh and Serah. Apparently Serah had been cursed as a L'Cie before transforming into crystal. Snow was devastated and Lightning was furious. I knew how they felt, but more than that, I was scared. I didn't want to go anywhere near the Fal'Cie. I tried to get away but it trapped us nearby. After a fight with it we were all transformed into its L'Cie. It's all his fault. If he hadn't........ Well, now we're on the run from enemy soldiers and trying to figure out our focus before we transform into monstrous Cie'th.

[collapse=What I'm Looking For]I'd like to meet a roleplayer for a protracted interaction. I'm flexible on the format, be it with an over-arching narrative or scene-by-scene. Currently I'm most interested in finding a maternal figure for an ageplay oriented relationship. The specific details are elaborated on in my kink list but as a general guide I'm searching for something that's more than just outright smut.
That isn't to say that I'm opposed to other roleplay dynamics. If you've got an idea that involves my character I'd be happy to hear any suggestions you might have. [collapse=Scene Ideas][b]In-game canon[/b] - This would involve us playing our our own interpretation of a scene that was presented with the XIII games, such as during the Gapra Whitewood, traversing Pulse, inside the Academy HQ or on board the Ark. While an in-depth knowledge of this isn't required, it helps to be familiar with series to acclimate to the atmosphere.
[b]Domestic canon[/b] - This is something less bespoke and could be done with some improvisation. Basically it occurs in the same universe with the same characters, lore and backstory but without the hindrance of logistics or set-up. A good example would be if one of us is simply at home when the other comes to visit and we talk about things with historical ties.
[b]Crossover[/b] - Hope doesn't have to play only with the cast of XIII. Be it from other Final Fantasy games or different mediums of fiction, he's flexible enough to be adapted to most situations. If either of us isn't familiar with the source material then things may be tricky but I'm happy to give anything a try.[/collapse]
