Of all the creations made by the Mad Professor Victoria Stein, little Frankie was by far the most successful... or the most degenerate. Since then, he's been moving from place to place, doing odd jobs to afford food (he hasn't noticed yet that he doesn't need to eat), and learning more about himself and the world day by day.
