Domitilla ("Tilly" to those who know her well) is a dragon. That makes her, in her eyes, obviously better than non-dragons. However, she's also a [i]young[/i] dragon—and, despite her aggressive self-confidence and education, she doesn't actually have much experience dealing with anybody who's not a naturally obedient kobold. Now that she's struck out on her own, getting into trouble because of that overconfidence is just about inevitable, as are all the problems resulting from the cute and young-looking humanoid form that she still hasn't bothered to actually get clothes for. Her magical familiar, a little wyvern named Amantia who finds herself often enough playing the role of living clothes for Tilly, is one small source of sane advice for the young dragon, though she often finds herself overruled.

Tilly is mostly meant for play where she starts out on top and, because of her overconfidence, lack of practical experience, and draconic instincts, ends up manipulated into a submissive role or otherwise getting into trouble. This goes double if it happens in a way that lets her rationalize away her own loss of control.
